In 1968, after a distinguished career selling sheet metal at the mill warehouse level, Tom Soudan Sr. established his own sheet metal service center, Soudan Metals. After brokering for two years, he leased 2,000 square feet of warehouse space and bought a square shear.

Fifty years later, Soudan Metals is operating out of two plants totaling 160,000 square feet. We maintain state of the art slitters, shear, edging lines and blanking lines. Soudan Metals is currently being run by Tom’s two sons, Tom Jr. and Peter. They  have a combined 54 years of industry experience.
